Full-bodied, rich and elegant on the palate, this is a concentrated and savory, lemony and tight TBA with fine tannins, candied lemon and grapefruit notes on the finish. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, with a very dense and concentrated texture and seriously savory/mineral and phenolic grip, this is a still-challenging wine with a mouth-filling texture and serious structure. This is an old-fashioned white made in a contemporary way. The wine is aromatic, fresh and elegant yet also powerful and rich. It is well balanced, saline and vital on the finish yet still very young, with citrus fruit bitters. The finish is intense and complex and the aftertaste very long, intense and spicy, with serious grip and structural as well aromatic persistency. Vinified in barriques and stainless steel, this is a very fruity, round but fresh sparkling wine with good texture and freshness on the finish. Dosed as Brut with the 1998 Welschriesling TBA No 7. Am Gaumen sehr saftig, zeigt Noten von Orangen - wirkt intensiv und elegant, sehr komplex und hoch konzentriert. Trotz der extremen analytischen Werte wirkt der Wein dennoch sehr harmonisch, mit einem tollen Potenzial ausgestattet.

Helles Grüngelb, feine Apfel- und Zitrusnoten, sehr animierend, subtile erfrischende Säure, ein toller Essensbegleiter und Wein für jede Gelegenheit.
