The 2022 Pinot Gris Reserve is from vines believed to be around 60 years old. It fermented and matured for 1.5 years in 1,500-liter barrels. A touch of smoke on the nose combines with plum skin and suggests ripeness and generosity, while the palate introduces brightness that guides beautifully captured fruit.
