Juicy, yellow tropical fruit, subtle fruit sweetness, complex and creamy, lively structure, lemony touch, vinous finish, also suitable as a food companion. 90/100 Falstaff/Peter Moser Disgorged in September 2018, Kracher's salmon colored NV Brut Rosé, an assemblage of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Zweigelt, blends the harvests from 2016, 2015 and 2013. Vinified in barriques and stainless steel, this is a very fruity, round but fresh sparkling wine with good texture and freshness on the finish. Dosed as Brut with the 1998 Welschriesling TBA No 7. Strong yellow gold, broad watery rim, initially somewhat volatile acidity, wood aromas, vanilla, a somewhat fluttery bouquet, also appears somewhat rustic on the palate, on the one hand a dense sweetness, on the other hand shows a pointed lemony acidity, yellow-apple flavours, very typical of Chardonnay, medium finish.
