Medium golden yellow in colour. Delicate leafy notes of cooked rhubarb, peach and a fine yeast component on the nose, fine minerality, gains tropical fruit nuances with air. Fine honey on the palate, fresh structure, very well-integrated acidity, a hint of apricot, remains very persistent, well-balanced, very accessible, already at peace with itself.

Bright yellow gold. Fine nutty notes on the nose, fresh orange peel, mace, yellow peach fruit, fine herbal spice, which becomes darker and darker with air and takes on notes of damp straw and malt.
